The study showed significant improvement in self-reported gut comfort after just one week, with continued improvement throughout the study. More than half of the consumers experienced a positive effect on gastrointestinal health after just 1 week.

In addition, significant improvement in gastrointestinal health-related quality of life were observed specifically on improvement of daily activities and enhancement of peacefulness as people were overall less worried because of their gastrointestinal symptoms.
