Cosmebiome: Innovative Clinical Study 

The recently published dermatologist-supervised open-label clinical study investigated the effects of Cerebiome^® on 35 healthy caucasian women aged 30-45 over an 8-week period. Participants took 3 billion CFU of Cerebiome® once daily¹. 

Significant Reduction in Perceived Stress 

The primary outcome measured perceived stress using the PSS-10 at Days 28 and 56. The study found a significant reduction in perceived stress, with an 18% decrease after 4 weeks and a 31% decrease after 8 weeks. Additionally, 79% of participants reported noticeable improvements in their mental well-being. 

Benefits for Sleep 

Secondary outcomes from the study revealed significant improvements in sleep quality. Participants experienced a notable enhancement in their ability to fall asleep and stay asleep, along with a reduction in difficulties staying awake during the day. 

Benefits on Skin Appearance 

In terms of skin appearance, Cerebiome^® has shown to contribute to skin hydration, firmness, and the reduced appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and skin tone. There was a significant increase in skin hydration, with a 21% improvement on the face after 8 weeks and up to 18% improvement on the body. Additionally, 85% of women reported feeling their skin was more hydrated and moisturized. The study also showed significant improvements in skin tone, firmness, and elasticity, with a 12% increase in skin firmness after 8 weeks of Cerebiome^® intake. The Cosmebiome study also highlighted significant improvements in the reduced appearance of wrinkles and fine lines. After just 4 weeks of Cerebiome^® intake, participants saw a 7% reduction in the appearance of facial wrinkles, which increased to 17% after 8 weeks. The forehead area showed even more pronounced results, with a 12% reduction after 4 weeks and a 21% reduction after 8 weeks. Additionally, 82% of women reported that their skin felt smoother and had an improved texture, demonstrating the powerful impact of Cerebiome^® on enhancing skin appearance, texture, and overall complexion.
